Shipping
Information

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. As a small business operating under the Florida Cottage Law, we are unable to ship to resellers or freight forwarders.

Orders ship Monday through Saturday from Florida. Processing may take a little longer during holiday seasons. Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel it or make changes to the shipping address.

Please note: we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses, as a recipient must be available to accept delivery.

Rates

We have partnered with Shippo to provide you the best quality in shipping carriers selection. Each order is adjusted depending on weight and sizing of packages through live pricing with Shippo. 

Tracking

Once your order’s shipping label has been created, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update and display an estimated delivery date.

 

Shipping timeframes shown at checkout are based on when your order leaves our hands and is received by the carrier. Delivery may take longer during busy seasons, so it’s always a good idea to order a few extra days in advance.

If you experience any delivery issues, please reach out directly to your shipping carrier, as we are not able to intervene once your package is in transit.

Damages

Every product is carefully inspected before it ships. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us by email at clientservices@Alkgifts.com within 10 days of delivery and include photos of the result.

When possible, we will replace broken items or provide a replacement for products damaged in transit. 

Returns

Return requests are reviewed individually. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items unless they arrived damaged.

 

To request a return, please contact us at clienservices@Alkgifts.com within 10 days of delivery. Refunds are issued once we receive your return, and may take 5–10 business days to process.

Final Sale: Seasonal Collections become final sale once the next season begins 12:00 am EST on the 1st of March (Spring), June (Summer), September (Fall), and December (Winter). The previous season will be ineligible for returns on the first day of a new Season Collection.
